New Case Study: Organizational Change Management during Large-Scale Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Implementation
We have a new case study in the area of Delivery Leadership on how we used organizational change management and multi-factor authentication to help an airline overhaul its cyber security capabilities.
Our work included:
- A security technology infrastructure assessment
- Multi-factor authentication
- Vendor and proof-of-concept solution evaluations
- Communication and end-user rollout strategy and implementation
AIM’s implementation of the interim password solution and multi-factor authentication has resulted in zero breaches of email or other critical business assets. The vast majority of corporate office personnel are enrolled, and more diverse employee groups including pilots and flight attendants are next in line.
The smooth rollout was made possible with knowledgeable and effective organizational change management practices from AIM’s senior consultant. Senior managers and executives are elated with the project, and AIM continues to lead the rest of the MFA rollout.
