HOUSTON, TX – FEBRUARY 11, 2022 – AIM Consulting, a leading technology consulting firm and Addison Group company, continues to grow its consulting practice with a new Director of Delivery Leadership, Arlene Ogden. The organization continues to rapidly expand its consulting practice across its national markets.

Ogden comes to AIM with a wealth of experience spanning 20+ years that further strengthens AIM’s Delivery Leadership teams across the country. Prior to joining AIM Consulting, Ogden was the Senior Director of Professional Services at Buurst LLC, a cloud solution provider. She also spent 2 years as Director of Systems Architecture at Targa Resources and interim Director of Software Development, along with 5 years as Delivery Director with EPAM Systems at Chevron where she led the Bi/Analytics, Data Pipeline, and Master Data Management initiatives.

Her journey with IT and technology began in the 90s after graduating from the University of Houston. Ogden began as a C++ developer, moved into lead developer roles, and was later promoted to her first IT Manager role at Enron. She possesses impressive backgrounds in data architecture, data pipeline, and full SDLC project/program/portfolio/product management, even working at NASA in the engineering directorate as head of their automation team.
