Taylor Barnum has been with AIM since 2014. He believes in open and honest communication, as well as closely aligning his values to AIM’s core values of Attitude, Teamwork, and Discipline. Taylor has quickly grown his career as a leader at AIM and looks forward to helping AIM achieve its goals in the future. Prior to his role as Director of Recruiting, Taylor was a Lead MTAR in the Seattle office.
Taylor comes from a background in Social Work and has a passion for helping people achieve their goals. He grew up in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from Seattle University. Taylor is an avid sports fan. His passions include playing golf, soccer, basketball, and working out. Taylor spends his time with his wife Kristina and his two children, Lane and Fiona.
