Janna Fichera has over 20 years of driving strategic initiatives that fuel innovation, maximize performance, and support scalability across a plethora of technologies in the commercial and federal government sectors. Her background is centered around operational efficiency, centers of excellence, and the application of Agile principles to software, product, and service delivery. As the Director of Delivery Leadership, Janna focuses on growing organizational capabilities that drive agility and fuel service delivery excellence. She fosters a collaborative and people-centered culture, earning trust and respect at all levels by demonstrating integrity, delivering results beyond expectation, and continually striving for excellence. Janna has a BSBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
Prior to joining AIM Consulting, Janna was Principal Vice President of Agile Delivery at Vana Solutions, a digital consulting firm, where she built out their Agile Delivery Office and authored the epicAgile delivery playbook to provide teams the boots-on-the-ground tools, templates, and guidance on practicing Scrum or Kanban at the tactical level. Janna has an established track record of building agile centers of excellence, business process optimization, and executive leadership. She comes to AIM with a depth of experience working with the United States Air Force, Fortune 100 companies such as Kraft North America, Motorola, and Allstate, as well as mid-cap and start-up organizations.
Janna lives on Chicago’s North Shore and loves spending family time with her husband, John, and their three kids. When not soaking up sun in the summer time, you can find her watching SEC football or cheering on the Chicago Blackhawks.
