As General Manager, West, Mike leads the strategic growth, innovative technology solutions, and regional operations of AIM’s Seattle and Denver offices. AIM’s differentiation is its ability to build long-term relationships with the nation’s best technology consulting talent and deliver end-to-end business-critical initiatives with modern technologies and processes.

A 25+ year consulting veteran, Mike has led companies through substantial growth cycles, designing and streamlining service delivery processes, advancing consulting methodologies for enhanced client experiences, and improving profitability. Mike is passionate about growing an inclusive culture in the workplace and developing the next generation of leaders. Mike has led AIM Consulting to receive multiple recognitions, including Consulting Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Firms,” American Business Association Silver Stevie® Award in the “Healthcare Technology Solution” category, and National Association for Business Resources (NABR) Pacific Northwest “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®.

Mike joined AIM Consulting in 2018 as the Managing Director of Consulting and has subsequently served in a number of roles at the company. Prior to AIM, Mike was Vice President and innovation lead for the global management consulting firm iSoftStone. He has also held director positions at both Akona Consulting and CGI Consulting. Mike holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Washington State University and is a board member of CougsFirst!, a WSU business network. Mike is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, climbing, skiing, golfing, and off-road motorcycles. You will find him with his family in Eastern Washington, enjoying the sunshine and river at his cabin in Cle Elum when he is not at work.
