We are excited to announce the promotion of Chris Upham to Vice President of Consulting Delivery, effective Wednesday, February 1, 2023. Upham brings his over twenty years of experience in technology delivery and project management leadership for various companies and industries to his promoted position. Formerly, Upham was the AIM’s National Director of Delivery Leadership and has earned multiple promotions during his nearly eight years with AIM.

As VP of Consulting Delivery, Upham will oversee a team of expert delivery consultants that provide information to help their clients improve their technological processes, analyze the existing strategies, identify challenging areas, and determine recommendations for improvements. Upham’s team also provides brand development, sales offering maturation, and consulting execution of the delivery leadership to solve complex technology challenges by pairing agile tools with best-in-class project management techniques.
