Sean Anderson has over 20 years of experience leading sales organizations, delivering on operational challenges and partnering to solve client needs. Sean is highly focused on building trusted long-term partnerships which allow teams to tackle the most difficult challenges, provide strategic guidance, and deliver outstanding service.
Prior to joining AIM, Sean led retail stores and operations throughout the Midwest for various organizations. He is originally from central Minnesota and has called the Twin Cities home after graduating from the University of Minnesota, Morris with degrees in Communication and English.
Sean lives in the southwest suburbs with his three children and wife Annie. Sean spends his free time with his family enjoying sports, board games, movies, grilling, biking, paddle-boarding and anything outside.
