Sam Dorn is a technology consulting recruiting leader who believes that long-term success is achieved through hard work, transparent communication, and following through on your commitments. He has been with AIM since 2014 and strives to inspire people to recognize that they already possess all they need to achieve their professional and personal goals.
Prior to his role as Director of Recruiting, Sam was a Manager of Talent Acquisition & Retention where he built lasting partnerships with Greater Seattle’s top technology professionals. He is originally from Minneapolis, MN, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in History & Religious Studies. Sam enjoys reading and writing fiction, cooking with his wife, getting outdoors with his dog, seeing live music, and traveling.
