Rachel is a tenured learning & development professional, specializing in the design, development, and implementation of programs that support organizational objectives and goals. She assesses training needs and designs unique programs to maintain or improve employees’ skill sets.
Before coming to AIM, Rachel was a Learning & Development Program Manager for an investment management firm. Her experience in conceptualizing, creating, and implementing effective training and development opportunities directly strengthens the AIM team. Rachel’s strategic and creative approach, in addition to her communication and problem-solving skills, position her to succeed in executing new learning programs. Rachel earned her BS in Business Management from Northeastern University.
