Brian Westendorf has more than 15 years of experience in software engineering with an emphasis on people and teams, mobile applications, enterprise e-commerce, POS, agile development, and content distribution systems. Brian’s expertise extends to all aspects of the software lifecycle, including business and project planning, design and front-end development, web services, and complex database design.
Prior to AIM, Brian worked as a mobile software architect for Deloitte Digital (formerly Übermind), where he worked on several iOS projects ranging from Target’s Webby-winning consumer retail app, Nike’s enterprise point-of-sale app and Apple’s China geo-expansion as well as Apple’s online stores redesign for BOPIS (buy online and pickup in store). Brian has spent close to a decade working in small successful start-ups around Seattle, primarily in the mobile space, where he’s grown his full stack experience.
Brian enjoys the Pacific Northwest seasonal lifestyle. He likes to get outside and is an avid Husky and Seahawks fan. During fall and winter he’ll be on the mountains. During spring and summer, you’ll find him on the water.
