Jake Skwarcan is a Senior Data Engineer on the Data & Analytics team. He is a highly-motivated problem solver and self-proclaimed nerd. Jake leads projects through solution design and implementation for data modeling, migrations, analytics, ELT development, and data science. His expertise spans all cloud platforms and a variety of tools, languages, and frameworks. Though he is comfortable across all cloud environments, he specializes in Azure and Snowflake implementations. His other passions include playing chess and training his dog, Dexter, who is the cutest Australian Shepherd in Chicago.
Jake has 3+ years in the data & analytics consulting space, where he has led greenfield cloud projects ranging from small POC’s to large migrations moving terabytes of data. He is originally from South Bend, IN and graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and Entrepreneurship. Jake still resides in Chicago and is very excited to have the opportunity to help grow the Chicago office.
