Gabby is an experienced Human Resources partner who leads our team of HR professionals in a high-growth environment. She leverages her skills to support organizational goals and strategies, drive our DEI initiatives, and strengthen company culture.
Gabby has been with AIM since 2017 and vitalizes the organization with her results-driven mindset and passion for people. She has led the orientation of our new hires, managed onboarding and offboarding processes nationally across all offices and served as a primary point of contact for all employee relations issues, both internally and externally. She sits on the DEI Advisory Board and is passionate about making positive change at AIM. Gabby received a BA from Washington State University and is a Certified Professional by SHRM.
