D’Laina is an experienced digital strategist with over 15 years in consulting across digital marketing strategies, market research, and digital strategy. Utilizing the power of storytelling and innovative marketing techniques, she planned and drove digital initiatives for major brands including H&R Block, Microsoft, Concur, and Winshuttle. Her extensive background enables her to provide a cohesive understanding of systems and technologies to develop product and system roadmaps. She enjoys researching a topic to identify competitive insights and provide technology recommendations.
In 2018 she earned an MBA, with a focus on Technology Innovation, from the University of Washington and in 2020 completed an Executive Certificate in Digital Transformation and Business Analytics. As an extroverted-extrovert, she enjoys building relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
As a Seattle native and Kirkland resident, D’Laina enjoys taking advantage of Washington’s outdoor activities; such as hiking. Outside of work D’Laina loves to travel and has visited 31 countries across 6 continents.
