As a Senior Consultant in AIM’s Delivery Leadership practice, Andrew has spent the past 10+ years helping companies from early-stage startups to established enterprises build and ship value to customers. His background is multifaceted with experience leading Agile product teams as well as leading UX Research & Design initiatives.

Andrew has a reputation and passion for helping organizations and teams build responsible processes to increase their capabilities, as well as reach new levels of shared understanding and purpose in terms of business goals and customer needs.

Andrew comes to AIM Consulting from Alaska Airlines, where as Scrum Master he oversaw the implementation and adoption of Kanban and scrum frameworks across multiple infrastructure project teams. Prior to that, Andrew has led UX Research & Design projects at Vievu (now Axon), United Way and T-Mobile, and has shipped multiple products and features as a Product Manager at multiple startups across a variety of industries.

Although a Wisconsin native, Andrew has spent the last 12 years calling Seattle his home. When he isn’t chasing after his two boys, you’ll find him writing music with friends, flying airplanes, and getting outside.
