Katie is AIM Consulting Denvers’ Manager of Talent Strategy & Recruiting dedicated to National Consulting recruiting. Merkle brings over six years of recruiting experience, specifically in finding exceptional candidates in the technical sectors of data & analytics, cloud & operations, application development, quality assurance, business intelligence, and DevSecOps. She was recently the Senior Business Development Partner for Prodigy Resources, a nationally recognized technology recruiting firm in the Denver area. Her background spans working with consultants and clients at all levels across various industries, including financial services, retail, energy, food and beverage, healthcare and medical manufacturing, and technology and manufacturing industries. As a result, Merkle excels at finding technical talent from varying backgrounds.
