August 12, 2016, Seattle, WA – For the second year in a row, AIM Consulting Seattle was recognized as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces by the Puget Sound Business Journal (PSBJ) during an awards ceremony held at Safeco Field. AIM Consulting Seattle competed against hundreds of other businesses for this recognition and was one of 20 to be recognized in the mid-sized company category. A group of AIM representatives accepted the award in front of an estimated 80 companies and over 1,000 attendees.
To be named one of Washington’s Best Workplaces, an independent third party conducts a survey of full time Washington-based employees on a broad array of categories that include job satisfaction, relationships with their bosses, camaraderie with fellow employees, opportunity for advancement and more. Only companies with the highest employee assessments across all categories become finalists and are recognized at the awards ceremony.
A special publication from the Puget Sound Business Journal reveals more detailed information about the winning companies.
