Sharon is a proven IT Professional with over a decade of experience leading complex technology initiatives. She possesses practical knowledge and experience in product development, software development, and program management. Sharon frequently leads large cross-functional teams as she is an expert in establishing collaborative relationships that influences teams toward action. She understands every situation is different and is not prescriptive in her approach but leads by example and is always ready to roll up her sleeves and help where needed.
Before coming to AIM, Sharon was an IT project manager for Boeing, where she helped spearhead development of a mobile app to improve airplane build efficiency that resulted in $20K worth of cost savings per airplane. Sharon also created and coached many agile teams for various organizations, including kickstarting the initial Mobile App Development team that launched the first suite of airline customer mobile apps saving the airlines $11k annually, per airplane in maintenance labor.
