Maddie serves as a Consultant of Digital Experience at AIM, working across each area of AIM’s practices through client consulting, web design, app development, and more. She considers herself a forever student, determined to continue her learning in the ever-changing and latest software trends.
Maddie’s hunger for knowledge and determination to create long-lasting, trusted relationships with clients contributes to her success and growth with AIM, having joined as an associate and before becoming a full-time consultant in the Digital Experience and Mobile practice. Maddie joined AIM with a background of 7+ years in customer service, including as a flight attendant for a major airline company. There she gained invaluable customer experience, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Passionate about challenging herself and entering the world of tech, Maddie had the opportunity to study software development at a 14-week boot camp – which led her to a career with AIM.
