Aaron Rogers is a Sr. Project Manager responsible for AIM Consulting’s Delivery Leadership with over 10 years of experience in Project Management and Agile Development with expertise in Release Train Development, infrastructure upgrades, DevOps implementation, and Merger & Acquisition integrations. His passion is analyzing team and program dynamics to reduce program risk and implementing tactical improvements to achieve increased strategic realizations.
Prior to AIM Consulting, Aaron held a number of technology-leadership roles at a variety of companies across disparate industries, including retail, software, e-commerce, insurance, and telecom. Most recently he worked with a global technology company where he managed the development and implementation of an architecturally over-hauled and integrated inventory tracking and transaction processing back-end system while establishing DevOps and Kanban methods for improved post-release management.
