Megan Grace brings an immense passion for technology and over six years of specialized experience in selling technology solutions to her role as Director of Sales at AIM Consulting. As a seasoned sales professional, she combines deep industry expertise with fresh perspectives that drive results for both clients and the AIM team.
Prior to joining AIM, Megan spent more than six years at Charter Solutions, where she advanced through multiple leadership roles including Director of Sales & Strategic Partner Alliances and Partner Alliance Lead for AWS. Her experience spans data analytics, cloud enablement, and strategic partnerships, helping clients nationwide navigate complex technology decisions and optimize their data strategies.
Beyond her professional achievements, Megan is a dedicated advocate for women in technology. She co-founded and facilitated Women in Data (WinD), an invite-only community for women leaders in data professions to network, exchange ideas, and support one another’s growth.
When she’s not helping clients transform their technology landscape, Megan enjoys traveling to new destinations, attending live music events, and exploring Minneapolis’s diverse culinary scene.
