Director of Consulting Operations

Jeff is the Director of Consulting Operations supporting all areas and practices of AIM. His background started in the Aerospace industry managing client expectations, delivery performance, employee performance all within manufacturing training. This work expanded into managing at the program level with a heavy focus on client satisfaction and contractual negotiations. He was able to leverage his skillset and move into the IT industry managing multiple high-profile accounts with a focus on managing existing work and evangelizing services to expand their footprint. He was again able to leverage these skills to move into supply chain management in which his responsibilities extended to leading an enterprise approach to supply chain management across a Fortune 100 company. His years of experience as both a supplier and customer, managing customer contracts, sales, demand planning, service level expectations, supply chain management, and executing program strategy make him perfect to support AIM at all levels of Consulting and Sales.

Jeff received a B.S. from Central Washington University in Business Administration, starting his career working in various delivery manager roles at Intrepid Learning. He has also worked at companies like Xerox, iSoftStone, and Boeing in holding manager- and director-level roles in account management.
