Becca Norris is a Lead Consultant in Delivery Leadership at AIM Consulting, bringing nearly a decade of experience in product management and agile methodologies.
As a certified Product Owner and Scrum Master, she specializes in scaling agile practices across complex, multi-team environments. Becca has led large-scale initiatives for Fortune 500 companies including Medtronic and Best Buy, where she managed programs involving hundreds of personnel and contributed to cost savings exceeding $193 million.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colorado State University and maintains certifications as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager and Certified Advanced Product Owner (A-CSPO). When not helping organizations optimize their delivery practices, Becca volunteers with Denver Public Schools on bond oversight and community planning initiatives.
