Overview
AIM Consulting focuses on delivering custom digital, data, and cloud solutions that create competitive business advantages for our customers. Our national team is seeking an experienced, motivated Senior Operations Analyst to help drive our internal processes to the next level.
This is an internal, full-time role at AIM Consulting, and the ideal candidate will have a background in professional services or technology consulting and experience supporting executive leaders with business insights, business process streamlining, or administrative support of business tools.
This role requires building and growing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across all levels of AIM’s leadership team. Success in this role requires a strong customer-centric perspective, the ability to work in an ever-evolving world, a passion to provide business insights, and a continued focus on evolving our tools to automate business intelligence.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Role Responsibilities:
- Leverage cutting edge technologies to develop automation and insights
- Improve manual processes by streamlining and automating
- Advance self-service capabilities for teams to have real-time information whenever they need it
- Ownership of daily/weekly/quarterly operational auditing activities
- Support multiple business units needs across multiple systems (collaboration tools, CRM, ERP, etc.)
- Leverage data to create business insights, uncover issues, and propose solutions to enable executive decision-making
- Work with Leadership to identify automations gaps and develop solutions to allow teams to be nimbler in daily operations
- Observe, review, and analyze internal processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
- Maintain clear operational guides to ensure consistency of business operations
- Effectively communicates your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- As necessary, support the needs of the organization to ensure cohesion across all business verticals
Qualifications
- Experience (5+ years) in business operations, professional services, or similar
environments - Experience building within Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio as well as exposure to building and deploying within these environments
- Experience as an Administrator within CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Ability to present leadership details, results, suggestions from audits or gap assessments.
- Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be effective when working with ambiguous situations and work environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to facilitate decision-making
