Rebekah Laughman is a consulting leader with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions to cater to diverse client needs. Rebekah is aligned to the Delivery Leadership practice for AIM’s Seattle office, bringing her expertise and passion for solving business critical challenges. Her experience spans EPMO/PMO, Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Change Management, Training Design & Delivery, Enterprise Content Management, and Leadership & Coaching.

Rebekah has 15 years of professional experience, six in the Hospitality industry followed by nine in Technology. She began her Tech experience in start-ups, and after a few years, moved into Consulting. She started working with Microsoft in 2014 and has continued to serve this client since. She has a proven track record managing cross-functional global teams, owning delivery, continuous improvement, and relationships with key stakeholders.
