Katie Merkle

Profile

Katie joined AIM Consulting in 2020 as the sole Manager of Talent Acquisition & Retention (MTAR). She grew AIM’s consulting team and built out AIM’s internal hiring process. Katie now serves as AIM’s Director of Talent Strategy & Recruiting, where she continues to drive growth at AIM through scalability, process improvements, hiring and training colleagues, and attracting top talent.

Background

Katie began her career in healthcare recruiting in Georgia and made the leap into technical recruiting after moving to Denver, Colorado. She has experience in recruitment roles, sales & business development roles, and also served as the Managing Director in her previous organization prior to joining AIM, leading the sales and recruiting.

Interests

Outside of work, Katie loves to mountain bike, ski, hike with her two dogs, read a good book, and more recently, has taken up cooking. She loves to be outside, so count her in for anything that includes sunshine!
