Britney Gilder is a dynamic AIM leader specializing in creating relationships with businesses and helping them execute their technological goals and aspirations. As Regional Vice President of the Southwest Region, she plays an integral role in AIM Consulting’s emerging markets. Starting with AIM in 2009, Britney has seen a large expansion of the consulting group, moving through recruiting, sales, and leading the consulting sales team.
She is passionate about changing people for the better by inspiring and motivating them to do more than they ever thought possible. She is originally from Bozeman, Montana, and graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in Management Information Systems. Outside of work, Britney enjoys hiking, skiing, camping, and traveling to new places with her husband and daughter.
