Amy has more than 25 years of experience in IT delivery and transformation for large companies. She is a recognized leader in global program implementations and support, infrastructure services, enterprise application development, and business process services. Amy is passionate about building motivated and high-performance teams, establishing a culture of continuous improvement, and instituting transparent governance practices.
Prior to joining AIM, Amy held an assortment of roles in delivery management at Turnberry Solutions, Cognizant, Avanade, and IBM, honing her skills in business strategy, business development, project management, process improvement, and stakeholder management. She is a certified PMP, Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC), and Professional Scrum Master 1.
Amy is originally from Los Angeles and has been living in Minnesota since 2016. She enjoys learning the ways of the Midwest and playing long games of Katan with her stepson.
