We are excited to announce the promotion of Britney Gilder to Regional Vice President, Southwest Region, effective Wednesday, February 1, 2023. Gilder is tasked with overseeing AIM’s Southwest Region portfolio, building and guiding the region’s teams in delivering leading-edge solutions for their clients.
Gilder started at AIM in 2009 as a Manager of Talent Acquisition & Retention. After demonstrating her skills and expertise as a top performer, Britney was promoted to the role of Account Executive in 2012, followed by another promotion to Account Director in 2014.
Gilder’s leadership and communication capabilities earned her the promotion to Director of Sales & Operations in 2016. In this role, she led a team of Account Executives, mentoring and coaching them to help IT decision-makers and stakeholders in the Seattle area leverage modern technology and processes to compete effectively in the digital world.

Gilder’s results-oriented approach and deep understanding of AIM’s technology solutions moved her into the role of Vice President of National Business Development for four years before expanding into her new role as Regional Vice President.
