AIM Consulting Helps Pack Over 17,000 Meals for Malnourished Children
As part of their ongoing community outreach program, the AIM Consulting Minneapolis office recently volunteered to help the Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) charity pack meals for its partners around the globe. Founded in 1987, FMSC is a faith-based NGO that provides hundreds of millions of nutritionally complete meals to malnourished children living within the US and abroad every year.
FMSC offers volunteers a one-of-a-kind experience that involves hand-packing rice, soy, dried vegetables, and a nutritionally complete blend of vitamins and minerals into bags which are then sealed ,boxed, and shipped on pallets to humanitarian organizations. All in all, the AIM Minneapolis team packed 81 boxes and 17,469 meals, which in turn will feed 47 children for a year! Additionally, the Minneapolis office sponsored a family of four for a year!
