We are looking for a driven, independent, motivated, and most importantly, customer-centric Consulting Leader to join our Seattle Digital Experience team. We help businesses strategize and deliver on connected experiences for their customers or employers. Our team leverages the three pillars of front-end experience design, content management, and strategy, as well as the business systems that support those experiences. As a leader in our experience practice, you will be a part of the complete solution lifecycle, starting with the human-centered design process through planning and grooming and completing with implementation, testing, and launches.

Project Delivery: Responsible for the successful delivery of engagements with AIM’s clients. Helping clients solve complex problems, push through challenging situations, and adapt new processes and software. Great customer service, passion for technology, and team success is our focus.
Consultant Community: Driving internal technical discussions and technology exploration is vital to individual and organizational improvement. Playing an active role is each Consultant’s responsibility. Contributing and learning whenever possible.
Next-level Thinking: You will engage in the full scope of our strategic delivery process including planning, design, and development of cutting edge and engaging products for our customers. You will be a thought leader in our digital experience practice staying on top of the latest tools and technologies.
Organizational Growth: As with most companies, ours relies on the contributions of our employees. Learning lunches, project retrospectives, training, mentoring and consultant community are essential to our growth and success.
Thought Leadership: Create and share ideas on improving technology and processes. Technology insights, case studies, and white papers.
What You Will Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development / front-end development focus / application architecture, systems integration, and relational databases.
- Knowledge of design patterns, systems, and a passion for human centered design.
- Ability to leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure for cloud-native development.
- A solution oriented approach focusing on business and technical challenges while leveraging iterative sprint-based delivery methods.
- A passion for software development. You will be expected to be able to build prototypes / frameworks and perform code reviews.
- Highly effective communication skills with client-facing and executive level management.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Modern development language proficiency with node.js, Vue, Angular, GraphQL, Lambda functions, and react.
- Experience working within microservice based architecture environments and development patterns.
- Experience with HTML5 and CSS3 (including Sass and/or Less).
- Experience building out continuous integration environments.
- Experience with Test Automation.
- Experience consulting with clients
- Experience with design based human-centered-design fundamentals
