AIM Consulting, an Addison Group company, is seeking an HR Manager to support our organization. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture and have experience with integrating and working with acquisitions. The ideal candidate will bring thought leadership and creative solutions to a growing organization. This is a full-time role.

HR Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational effectiveness strategies for the business including strategic planning, visioning, organization planning, talent assessment, change management and team building
  • Manage and grow a team of HR Coordinator/ HRBP to support the business
  • Provide strategic business partnership, through collaboration and coaching to the members of the organization
  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
  • Manage and facilitate the overall Employee Performance Cycle throughout the year
  • Partner with Leaders, Addison Group shared service partners, Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
  • Manage employee relation issues, as needed
  • Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings, as needed
  • Lead and provide creative solutions to strengthen the organization’s culture and enable the organization to perform effectively together

The salary range for this role is $100K/yr – $130K/yr + Bonus.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
  • 2+ years’ experience as a people manager effectively developing and leading high-performing teams
  • Experience supporting technical teams
  • Flexibility and initiative to offer assistance and contribute where needed, including simple tasks
  • Demonstrated solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
  • Effective communication and critical thinking skills applied at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated empathy and experience driving diversity & inclusion strategies
  • Demonstrated experience learning and leading in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
  • Experience leading across matrixed organizations to scale
  • Demonstrated experience to influence and strategically solve problems
  • Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
  • IT Consulting or Staffing experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience working in a technology environment
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and changing environment
