Taylor Hadley has been with AIM since its inception in the Seattle market. Over his 12-year tenure, his focus has been on building long-term relationships with top local talent and providing exceptional service that exceeds expectations. He believes that with open communication, trust, transparency and effort, mutual goals can be accomplished. Prior to his role as VP of National Recruiting, Taylor was the Director of Talent Acquisition for the Seattle office and has held a variety of other positions within the organization as well. He grew up in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from the University of Washington. Taylor enjoys anything outside including hiking, camping, and golf. He is an avid fan of UW sports and enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
