Joey Shevelson has more than 10 years of experience as a product manager with a concentration in mobile application development. Specializing in mobile product management, e-commerce, and UX design, Joey has a passion for crafting powerful interactive experiences that delight customers and advance business goals. He is driven to help clients unlock the potential for mobile technologies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. He believes in strategies grounded in a strong brand identity and focuses on adherence to brand values from project inception to final delivery.
Joey advocates the judicious use of data, from usability research or analytics, as a window to the human experience of a product. His communication, leadership, and attention to product vision help his teams navigate roadblocks and project hurdles.
Joey has a certificate in Gamification from Coursera.
Before joining AIM, Joey served in many capacities at T-Mobile. In particular, he was responsible for strategy and production for My Account, a self-service mobile app, and developed the UX for a customer-service website, including a mobile-optimized portal.
When not leading innovative mobile projects for AIM, Joey spends time with his wife and their dogs at their home in Seattle. Active in many sports and fitness pursuits, he especially likes soccer and SUP (stand-up paddle boarding). He also enjoys food, wine and whiskey.
