Bryan is a Microsoft certified systems engineer, systems administrator, and ServiceNow developer who has experience working in variety of verticals. He is proficient in IT Service Management, system analysis, and change and knowledge management. Prior to AIM, Bryan was managing T-Mobile’s ServiceNow and infrastructure automation practice. Bryan has also worked in enterprise environments where he has restructured teams using ITSM best practices, while also being responsible for the creation and maintenance of the IT Operations and Service Desk budget. Acting as a Project Manager he managed major projects like a migration of Active Directory 2003 to 2008, SCCM Implementation, Service-Now deployment, and the restructuring of a MSDN licensing agreement. Bryan prides himself in being a motivated team player and leader with an aptitude for taking on new challenges.
