Principal Consultant: ITSM Strategy & IT Quality
Shawn McCoy has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in IT Service Management and IT program management. He currently manages AIM’s ServiceNow solutions delivery practice.
Prior to AIM, Shawn worked at Microsoft as a Principal Program Manager with Bing, owning service quality awareness, scorecard creation and problem resolution. Shawn implemented service measurement practices across several Microsoft Business Division online properties. He was also involved in several IT capability improvement efforts as a leader within Microsoft’s Engineering Excellence team.
Prior to Microsoft, Shawn was Associate Vice President of Program Management at Washington Mutual, managing the Finance PMO; and Solution Manager with Cambridge Technology Partners, managing enterprise CRM implementation across North America.
An avid outdoor enthusiast, Shawn enjoys backpacking, hiking and snowshoeing in Washington’s Cascade and Olympic ranges. His hobbies include photography and fantasy football.
