Mike has over 20 years of business development experience and has spent the last 15 years in enterprise client acquisition and retention. As Senior Vice President of Sales, Mike oversees AIM’s sales force, strategic organic growth, new customer acquisition and overall sales strategies. His approach is relationship focused, dedicated to understanding customer objectives and empowering our customers to achieve the positive business outcomes they desire through AIM’s solution and delivery vehicles.

Prior to becoming Senior Vice President of Sales for AIM, Mike was the Vice President of Consulting Sales responsible for pipeline growth, strategic account planning, sales team learning and development and client success nationally. Mike spent 7 years as Managing Partner responsible for breaking ground and building the AIM practice in Denver where many highlights included winning the Denver Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” Award. He began his career at AIM in business development and helped establish customer relationships with some of AIM’s most strategic accounts in the Seattle market. Mike graduated from Gonzaga University with a degree in Management Information Systems and Finance. Originally from Washington State, Mike is at home in the mountains or on a river, where he enjoys fly fishing and camping with his family.
